This collection of lovable goofballs and weirdos is our fantastic dental team! Their friendly personalities, extensive training, and years of experience will ensure that all of your appointments are well-organized, quick, and dare we say, FUN.
Each staff member has dental assistant training, meaning that they can treat you with confidence during every step of the process. Between the team, they'll find the answer to any of your dental questions.
The team will always go out of their way to make sure every member of your family feels right at home at every visit. Read on below to say “hello!” to some of the friendly faces you’ll meet here at Summit Family Dentistry.
Melissa, Practice Manager
Melissa has been working in dental offices for at least a decade now, and she loves that every day brings something new and interesting to her plate, whether it’s patients or insurance problems. She studied at Grand Canyon University and is certified in CPR, radiology, infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA.
Melissa hails from Pittsburgh, and currently resides in Meadville. She has two sons named Weston and Andrew and two daughters named Riley and Doria. She also has a boyfriend named Jim and a Chocolate Lab named Allie. When she isn’t busy at the practice, her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading. She loves to do all puzzles and is able to complete a 1,000-piece puzzle in under two hours!
Danyele, Patient Care Coordinator
Danyele has worked in dentistry since 2015, and she came to our team in early 2018. It’s important to Danyele that she works in a family-oriented atmosphere where patients feel relaxed and comfortable while getting the dental care they need. Danyele studied dental assisting through the Great Lakes Institute of Technology, and she has training in radiology, infection control, CPR and HIPAA policies.
Danyele is originally from Edinboro and moved to Waterford after she married to her high school sweetheart Ray. The couple have two children, Raymond and Marissa, three dogs, Montana, Tucker, and Harper, and two parrots, Leo and Charleigh. When she’s not hard at work, Danyele enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching her children’s sports teams, crafting, and taking photos.
Amber, Dental Assistant
Amber has been working in dentistry for two years now, and she’s proud to have been a member of Summit Family Dentistry since its opening. She received her dental education at Great Lakes Institute of Technology, and she is also certified in infection control, radiology, CPR and HIPPA policies. Her favorite part of this job is getting to educate people and helping them to get over their fear of the dentist’s office!
Originally from here in Waterford, Amber’s family consists of her boyfriend Ryan, their son Braxton and cat Louie. When she has free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, bowling with friends, working out, and exploring new places on vacation.
Morgan, Dental Assistant
Morgan has been working in dentistry for less than a year, joining out team in late 2018. Morgan studied dental assisting at Great Lakes Institute of Technology, and she has training in radiology, infection control, CPR and HIPPA policies. Morgan most enjoys educating people and helping them gain their confidence back and overcome their fear of dentistry.
Originally from Union City, Morgan’s family consist of her boyfriend Roger and her son Carson. Outside of work Morgan enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with family and friends, working out, listening to music and going on adventures with her son and boyfriend!
Carli, Dental Hygienist
Carli entered the dental field in 2015, and she joined our team in 2018. She loves meeting new people and working with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional dental care. Carli is great with our young patients, and she helps people of all ages feel safe and comfortable when they visit our dental office. Carli studied dental hygiene at Fortis Institute in Erie, and in addition to being registered as a dental hygienist, she maintains licensure in local anesthesia, radiology, infection control, CPR, and HIPAA policies and procedures. Originally from Cochranton, PA, Carli is married to Deven, and while the couple have no children yet, they do enjoy spoiling their cat, Sid. She enjoys hunting, fishing, photography, listening to music, admiring art, gardening, driving her jeep, and shoe shopping.
